Welcome to Freedom Massage! We’re all about creating a safe, welcoming space for our clients and staff. To keep things running smoothly, we’ve laid out some policies to help ensure that everyone enjoys the best wellness experience possible. 📅 Booking Policy

We recommend booking your appointment in advance to secure your preferred time and therapist. You can easily book online through our website or give us a call.

  • New Clients: Please complete your intake form before your first appointment. If you can’t fill it out online, we ask that you arrive 10 minutes early to complete it in person.

We require a credit card on file to hold your appointment, but don’t worry — we’ll never charge it without your consent (unless it’s for a late cancellation or no-show).

Late Arrival Policy

We’re all about respecting everyone’s time!

  • If you’re running late, please let us know as soon as possible.

  • Sessions begin at your scheduled appointment time. If you’re late, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next client, but you’ll still be charged for the full service.

💡 Pro Tip: If you’re completing your intake form in person, arrive 10 minutes early. Otherwise, showing up right on time is perfect!

📋 Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We totally get that life happens, but since we reserve time just for you, late cancellations or no-shows affect our therapists and other clients.

Here’s the deal:

  • Canceling with less than 24 hours' notice? We’ll charge 50% of your service fee.

  • No-shows or same-day cancellations? You’ll be charged the full price of your appointment.

Thanks for understanding — these policies help us keep things running smoothly and ensure that everyone gets the care they need.

👦 Minor Policy

We’re happy to provide massage services to clients under 18, but we do have a few extra steps to keep things safe and comfortable:

  • Under 16? A parent or guardian must stay in the room during the session.

  • 16 and over? Parents can choose to stay in the reception area or in the treatment room.

We also require a signed consent form from a parent or guardian before the session begins. If you have any questions, just let us know!

🧘 Scope of Practice Policy

Our therapists are licensed professionals who focus on therapeutic massage and bodywork to support your overall wellness.

While we’re here to help you feel your best, we don’t diagnose medical conditions or prescribe treatments. If you need a medical diagnosis or specific healthcare advice, we recommend consulting with your doctor or another healthcare provider.

We’re happy to provide referrals to other wellness professionals when needed!

👕 Draping Policy

Your comfort is our top priority.

  • Clothing: You’re in control of how much you undress for your session. Whether you prefer to keep some clothing on or remove it all, it’s totally up to you.

  • Draping: We use professional draping techniques to keep you covered and comfortable. You’ll always be securely draped, except for the area we’re working on.

💳 Payment Policy

We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and cash. Payment is due at the time of your service.

💙 Membership Perks: If you’re part of our Freedom Wellness Club membership program, your payments are processed automatically each month, so you don’t have to think about it. Just relax and enjoy your session!

🙅‍♀️ Harassment Policy

Our therapists are licensed professionals, and your session is a safe, respectful space.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate behavior, including:

  • Sexual comments or innuendos

  • Requests for inappropriate services

  • Inappropriate touching

If any inappropriate behavior occurs, your session will be immediately terminated, and you’ll be charged in full. We reserve the right to refuse service to any client who does not respect these boundaries.
